Facility Updates
North Dakota 2:
A transformer supplying power to a portion of the facility has experienced a failure. A replacement transformer is en route, and a more detailed, updated timeline will be shared once the parts arrive at the facility.
Ohio 2:
The maintenance on some containers has been completed, including the installation of new and cleaned filters. The team is optimizing operations and performing heat management testing to improve conditions. Additional units are expected to come online soon.
Texas 6:
While maintenance is still ongoing at the site, the team is working through each container individually, troubleshooting miners that are experiencing issues. The team is dedicated to improving site performance.

Relocation Updates
Texas 3 & Nebraska 1 Relocation
The relocation of over 20,000 mining units is almost complete, with only 70 units left to be moved.
Texas 1 Relocation
Almost all Texas 1 miners have been relocated, and the remaining ~500 units will soon be shipped out for redeployment.
Manitoba 2 & Manitoba 9 Relocation
All Manitoba 2 and Manitoba 9 will soon be relocated to a Compass facility in the United States.
Ontario 1 Relocation
All units have been deracked and prepared for relocation. The first batch of miner swaps is now available in the customer dashboard. Customers who have not responded to the relocation tickets must inform Compass of their preferred course of action by April 1, 2025.
