Facility Updates
Iowa 2 & 3:
The electrical issue at Site 3 was resolved last week. However, operations at our Iowa facility were temporarily suspended due to a blizzard. The severe weather conditions also impeded ongoing repairs and diagnostics, as road blockages caused by the storm prevented most onsite personnel from accessing the facility.
Ontario 1:
The facility started the de-racking process last week and is winding down its operations to prepare for relocation. Customers must respond to the communication sent out with their preferred resolution by April 1, 2025. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
Texas 5:
The site temporarily shut down power for transformer repairs, which were completed swiftly and allowed technicians to bring miners back online on the same day. Last week, downtime also occurred due to a grid transmission issue, which was resolved in coordination with the electric provider.
Texas 6:
The facility is still undergoing routine electrical maintenance and testing, resulting in intermittent downtime. Status Updates will be posted as new information becomes available.

Relocation Updates
Texas 3 & Nebraska 1 Relocation
With less than 100 units left to be moved, the relocation of the over 20,000 mining units is nearing completion.
Texas 1 Relocation
Fewer than 1,000 units are awaiting to be shipped out for redeployment in the coming weeks. The majority of the Texas 1 miners have already been relocated.
