Facility Updates
Iowa 2 & 3:
Last week, the facilities experienced less curtailment due to warmer temperatures at the site. The on-site technicians made significant progress in addressing the backlog of repairs and diagnostics. We are currently awaiting customer approval for the units identified as needing repair.
Indiana 1 & 2:
Our on-site technicians remain occupied with deracking old gen units and deploying new Antminer S21 units at Indiana 1 and 2. We expect these miner movements to continue this week.
Texas 5:
Last week, the facility experienced issues with several PDUs, affecting the site’s utilization and uptime. The problem has been resolved, and the affected miners are back online.
Texas 6:
Our on-site technicians are redeploying relocation miners and addressing technical issues at the facility. Their priority is to diagnose and get repair approval for any DOA units from relocation and tackle the pending diagnostics right after.

Relocation Updates
Texas 3 & Nebraska 1 Relocation
Only 250 units remain and are expected to be deployed at Texas 6 over the coming weeks.
Texas 1 Relocation
All miners have left the Texas 1 facility. Approximately 60% of the miners have been relocated to other sites, and the remaining 40% are expected to be redeployed in the next two weeks.
Manitoba 2 & Manitoba 9 Relocation
All units at Manitoba 2 and Manitoba 9 have been deracked, and we anticipate their relocation to a Compass facility in the U.S. by March 2025. The first batch of miner swap requests has been completed. Customers will receive communication about their new miner. However, some models are out of stock, and we will also communicate with the affected customers.
