Facility Updates
Iowa 2 & 3:
The onsite team redeployed the new S21 units last week. The facility has been contacted for a follow-up on the status of the units sent to the repair center for thermal pasting and warranty repairs. We are also checking on the backlog of units that require diagnostics.
Nebraska 2:
Utilization remained at 96% last week despite a network outage. In addition to working on fan repairs, they successfully racked several new units, which are now online.
Ontario 1:
Last week, a PDU failure, a snowstorm-related outage, and a few curtailments affected the site's uptime. The onsite team has been focusing on repairs to improve the site's performance.
Texas 5:
The onsite team has completed de-racking faulty and old-gen units in preparation for shipment, improving site utilization. Additionally, the repair units were redeployed last week. The site's objective is to continue improving utilization over the coming week.

Relocation Updates
Texas 3 & Nebraska 1 Relocation
Only 200 units remain from this relocation. Approximately 150 units have already been shipped to facilities for redeployment and are expected to be back online this week.
Texas 1 Relocation
Approximately 80% of the miners have been relocated to other sites, and the remaining 20% are expected to be redeployed in the next two weeks.
Manitoba 2 & Manitoba 9 Relocation
All units at Manitoba 2 and Manitoba 9 have been deracked, and we anticipate their relocation to a Compass facility in the U.S. by March 2025. The first batch of miner swap requests has been completed, and customers will receive communication about their new miner. However, some rare model variants are out of stock, which has caused some delays.
